Student Feedback

Dr. Park is one of the best instructors on this campus.  I enjoy his class because he makes the subject matter interesting even when it's not.

Mr. Park does a great job teaching this course.  He comes to class fully prepared.  He is very open to students' questions and comments.  He encourages us as students to learn the material, not just to get by.  You can tell he enjoys his job.

There is nothing to be improved on the course.  Instructor is very good with people and I enjoy being in his class.

Dr. Park makes sure that we are in a good mood and ready to learn.  He is truly concerned about his students.  He makes things where I can understand them.  I honestly think that if we had more teachers like him, it would be a lot easier for us students.

I really like his teaching much better than the other class I'm taking.  I also think his accent is cute.

The class wasn't as difficult as I thought it may be.  The lecture followed along the same outline as the chapters in the textbook.  After taking notes from the lecture, I could follow right along in the book if I had any questions.  Most teachers don't follow the book in their lecture and it ends up very confusing.

Dr. Park is very friendly and courteous.  So many instructors are just there to tell you about the lesson.  There is a big difference between telling the lesson and teaching the lesson.  Dr. Park teaches the lesson and does all he can to help students learn.  Keep up the good work!

I'm glad I got you instead of someone else.  I learned a great deal in this class.  I've gained a better understanding of the world around me and I'm more interested in present-day politics and foreign affairs.

The class went along very well.  We had a good outline of each chapter.  We went right along with the book, which made it easy for us.  Dr. Park gave good lectures for us to take notes, and we reviewed the materials before each test.  And the tests were not easy, but if you studied they were not hard.  We had a good instructor and I enjoyed taking this course.

He is always helpful and very polite.  He is always prepared for each class.

I like his accent.  Ha, ha!  Mr. Park is a great teacher.  He knows what he is talking about.  He is funny.

Dr. Park was fair with grading.  He was very enthusiastic about the course and his students.  There is no need for improvement.

The instructor is very effective.  The material was taught in a way that took as much time but less effort than others.

I like his personality.  He is a very nice guy who does back-flips to help the class do as well as it can on tests.

He is nice, polite, very easy to get along with.  He seems like he has fun when he teaches.  I cannot think of anything that he could improve on.

Dr. Park is one of the best and most interesting teachers I have ever had.  I'll take another class under him.  Give him a raise.

I liked his attitude toward the students and willingness to help in every way he could.  Change
nothing--it was one of the best courses I've taken at Kilgore College.

The instructor is funny and easy to listen.  He tries very hard to make his class passable.

Very considerate about students.  He always has a pleasant attitude and really cares.

Dr. Park is very concerned about his students.  Whenever the teacher shows concern for
the students, the students also show concern by studying and passing.  This fall I'm leaving for North Texas and I would be pleased to have a teacher so interested in the success of  his students.

This class has been one of the more interesting ones that I've taken.  You are a lot more
Americanized than a lot of people in this class.  I've never been very crazy about history but
I enjoyed this class.  Have a good summer.

He is very understanding and patient.  He gives good notes and helps you with anything.

What I liked about him was that he tested over what he taught in class and what's in the book.  There were no surprises on tests.

He was always prepared for class.  He knows the material and gives good lectures.  I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Park stuck to the syllabus and did not cram for the final the last week.  No need to improve [the course].

The way we followed the outline of the textbook helped when studying.  The outline and words on the board were helpful and easy to find and identify.  I thoroughly enjoyed the class and will recommend you to my friends.

I like this instructor because he is nice to everyone and he always has a smile on his face.  Mr. Park shouldn't do anything.  Nothing to improve.  The class is just fine.

Dr. Park cares about his students.  He is polite and always in a good mood.  He likes what he
is doing and he shows it.  I'm proud to be his student.

Dr. Park has organized everything so well that his method works like a clock in tip top condition.  One couldn't help but learn in his class.  His teaching style is beautiful.
